Job Description

• Driving the entire sales cycle from qualifying opportunities, client presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closure.
• Responsible for selling Triflo’s bouquet of services to new and existing customers in mid to large enterprise segment.
• Build and maintain a funnel of qualified opportunities.
• Acquire additional deals from existing customers and new logos, every quarter as per defined SLA’s.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
• Understand client requirements and accordingly position the services/solution.
• Responsible for competitor analysis and new customer acquisitions across geographies to expand Triflo’s business in new and emerging markets.
• Should be ready to travel within India and abroad, if required, based on customer meetings / exhibitions / events, etc.

• Perform risk assessment, control testing, compliance reviews, and audits in accordance with standards such as ISO/NIST.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for GRC implementations.
• Experience in managing and delivering risk, compliance & audit programs.
• Document policies & procedures in line with regulatory compliance and risk management requirements.
• Ensure quality delivery as per customer requirements.
• Manage security standards, policies, and practices on a periodic basis to make sure they meet corporate demands.
• Understanding of the various standards in the information risk and compliance domain, including relevant regulatory compliance requirements.

Job Description

• Design & develop high quality marketing collaterals (social media posts, case studies, blog posts, brochures, whitepapers, presentations, event banners and website).
• Develop engaging presentations (company profile, sales decks based on service lines).
• Experience with video editing to create short videos and social media content.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Schedule content on social media and track performance.
• Oversee Email Marketing Campaigns.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and provide actionable outcomes.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop to design creatives / collaterals.
• Video editing skills.
• Experience creating impactful visuals for case studies, whitepapers, blogs, brochures, and event banners relevant to cybersecurity industry.
• Experience in creating high-quality presentations (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Strong understanding of design principles (e.g., colour, contrast, balance etc).
• Ability to translate content / information into visually compelling designs.
• Experience in creating website design elements or landing page creation.
• Understanding of Email Marketing.

Job Description

• Perform real time monitoring, incident handling, investigation, analysis, reporting, and escalations of security events.
• Integrate log sources with SIEM & create use cases.
• Identify suspicious/malicious activities through logs.
• Preparation of Incident tracker and follow-up with client IT team for mitigation.
• Communicate with the clients to resolve the queries related to incidents.
• Prepare & Review Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports/Dashboard.
• Create & Review advisories and ensure organization is protected from latest threats & vulnerabilities.

Skills Required

• Hands on experience in monitoring events and investigating incidents daily.
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents within defined SLA.
• Hands-on experience working on SIEM / EDR Tools like Crowdstrike, QRadar etc.
• Configuring use cases & creating playbooks for security monitoring will be an added advantage.
• Experience of working in a 24×7 Security Operations Center (rotational shifts).
